We want you to be completely satisfied with your new timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn products in their original packaging. Simply initiate your return through our portal to receive a refund or exchange your item for another model.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch and any accessories securely in the original Lilienthal Berlin box to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Berlin studio, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
